Modern hotel with nicely furnished rooms. Lovely building and rooms with comfy bed. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in a residential area not far from the lake, the surrounding area and the estuary and town.

I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. The room had a comfy bed, and the staff were excellent and friendly. The location was perfect, just outside of Dungarvan town center. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again and again.

I had a wonderful stay at No 12 B&B. The room was spotlessly clean and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, making it easy to relax. The location was excellent and easy to find from the bus stop, which made getting around a breeze. Additionally, Babcock Park was within a pleasant 25-minute walk, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The location was unbeatable, so close to a quiet neighborhood by a beautiful lake. the staff was excellent, great people. the breakfasts were marvelous and sensational with freshly cooked eggs.

I had a wonderful stay at No 12 B&B! The modern venue is impressive, and the food is absolutely splendid. Its stunning location near a popular local restaurant makes it a perfect choice. it's conveniently close to Dungarvan town centre, a beautiful lake, and the Quay. The units are also equipped with comfy beds, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. it's a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The location was exceptional and perfect for me, the staff were wonderful, they offered a free wake-up service, ironing service, and the meals were delightful.

The hotel was reasonably clean with Wi-Fi. Very comfy bed in the deluxe queen room. Wonderful staff throughout.
